Kota Kachori is unique for several reasons. The filling is created with a unique spice blend of Hing (Asafoetida) that gives the Kachori its particular flavor. Second, the crust is created using a special flour with a flaky texture. Third, Kota Kachoris are traditionally deep-fried in pure groundnut refined oil, giving a rich flavor and aroma.

Kota Kachoris have a lengthy shelf life as well. Unlike other forms of Kachoris, Kota Kachoris may be stored for several days without losing flavor or texture. This makes them a popular snack for travelers and people who need more time.

Awesome and delicious food

“Out of the world kachoris. We had the Dal Kachori and it they were super yummy. Every bite take me back to the authentic Jaipur / rajasthan kachoris. The chutney enhances the flavour. There are no two thoughts to this. It's a must try!!! 'No one can eat just once' - literally!! ”

The best food ever

“One of the best kachoris I have ever had. I normally don't eat kachoris, but when I do, I get them from Kota Kachori only. Their Dal Kachoris are so crispy and delicious that you can't stop eating them! This is the closest to the famous kachoris from Jaipur I have ever gotten to outside Jaipur. The chutney and the fried chillies are just the cherries on top. I ordered them once for a rakhi function and everyone just kept wanting more! Would recommend them to everyone! Must try! ”
